If you wish to avoid the line at the box office, you may bring the credit card you used to purchase the advance tickets, or the confirmation email on your phone, or a PRINTED copy of your confirmation, directly to the door. To redeem your ticket at the box office of The Gem Theatre, you must have either the credit card you used to make your purchase or the receipt number on the confirmation page.
